Austin Research Labs Shipping Policy
Processing Time: At Austin Research Labs, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on flat rates and/or the package type for your order. You will be able to see the shipping fees during checkout before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Order Issues: If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@austinresearchlabs.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
