I cannot say enough about this product. It is literally magic. Sometimes I get patches of psoriasis on my forehead while going through menopause because of the change in my hormones. Sometimes it takes months for it to go away. I use this cream for two days and you can literally barely tell that I even had it. My skin is cleared up. I used it to treat rosacea. It cleared up in a few weeks, and never came back. Rosacea can be very tricky to treat as the cream I was prescribed by the doctor needs to be used twice a day and no sun exposure when using, so its almost impossible to use over a prolonged period. I also use it for cold sores, I find it is better than using any over the counter cold sore cream, which dries out the lips. It reduces the time of the cold sore by about 50%. And if I can get it on when I feel the tingle, it can stop it all together.

I recently injured my knuckle while working on a DIY project, resulting in a deep cut that was particularly challenging due to its location on my finger joint.
