Acclaym™ by Austin Research Labs is a new cosmetic hand and body cream designed to clean and protect. Using a patented and proprietary Busumite™ organoclay technology this hypoallergenic formula helps adsorb harmful toxins, including endotoxins*, on the surface of the skin.

Formulated using as few ingredients as possible to support sensitive skin types, Acclaym™ contains gentle moisturizing properties to fortify the skin’s natural barrier.

MOISTURIZING INGREDIENTS

Jojoba oil attracts water to the top layer of the skin to keep it hydrated. It does not evaporate like water-based products do, helping to soothe cracked, dry skin. Jojoba oil is not pore-clogging and is very similar to the oils that your skin naturally produces. It also contains vitamins E and B, as well as minerals like copper and zinc. It helps to protect the skin surface from environmental aggressors and creates a soothing seal on the skin’s surface due to its waxy nature.

Glycerin draws more moisture to itself, and slows down water evaporation from the skin, leaving your skin feeling hydrated. Glycerin remains on the skin for a long time, which helps to retain moisture, even when exposed to damaging environmental aggressors like pollution. Glycerin acts as a skin softener at concentrations of less than 50%. This significantly improves the appearance of rough, dry skin. Glycerin gives skin a fuller, firmer appearance.

Dimethicone allows our cream to have a light texture and non-greasy feel that spreads quickly and easily. Dimethicone seals in hydration on the skin’s surface and keeps out external moisture and irritants by forming a water-resistant film on the skin. Dimethicone is not pore-clogging. Dimethicone allows sweat to evaporate while also controlling the shine of an oily complexion. Softens and soothes the skin with a less greasy finish.
